Our professional team will work with you to create an excellent trail experience for your guests to have great fun & entertainment during their shopping experience.
We place between 10-15 of our different vibrantly coloured, 6 ft. 5” Gingerbread figures in your desired location around your shopping centre or event space.
Each Trail Includes:
- 10-15 Gingerbread installed in your desired locations.
- A Santas post box to collect completed trail forms.
- Bespoke Design Booklets Including Treasure Trail
Hire rates
The longer the hire, the lower the price per day. Prices are for the Gingerbread Trail on its own; branding and delivery are quoted separately.
Delivery charges and minimum order values may apply depending on hire length and location. Contact us for a quote including delivery. Discounts are available for multiple items and longer hires.
Branding options
All branding is produced in-house. Your design team supplies artwork using our template, and we print, fit and remove it after your event. Prefer the standard finish? It looks great straight out of the flight case.

Questions about the Gingerbread Trail
Can the Gingerbread Trail be branded for my event?
Yes. We offer an in-house branding service for all our products. We send you print templates, you send back your artwork (or your logos and we lay it out), and we print and apply it before delivery.
Do you deliver the Gingerbread Trail to my area?
We deliver nationwide across the UK. Delivery is quoted separately and depends on your venue and the length of hire. Send us your postcode for a full quote.
Can we hire the Gingerbread Trail for more than one day?
Yes. Exhibitions, roadshows and multi-day events are common, and longer hires cost less per day. In some cases equipment can be hired without our staff. Ask us for a multi-day quote.
What paperwork do you provide?
Electrical equipment is PAT tested and we supply risk assessments on booking. Method statements and insurance documents are available on request.
