Video Pod hire for events
Our video pods or video guest book pods are great for capturing personal messages or to run a questionnaire with your guests. These video pods can also be set up to collect feedback following corporate events or conferences from your guests. Our video pod booth is fully automated with on screen instructions and fully interactive touch screen where users can record video messages of up to 60 seconds.
An open air style Video Pod is great for locations with limited floor space such as exhibition stands, restaurants, shopping centre promotions and and also in weddings. The video pod is also highly adaptable with branded onscreen branding options.
Our Video Pod is a great addition to any type of event. They are extremely popular with Weddings, Promotional Events, Conferences, Office Events, University Events and so much more!

Hire rates
The longer the hire, the lower the price per day. Prices are for the Video Pod on its own; branding and delivery are quoted separately.
Delivery charges and minimum order values may apply depending on hire length and location. Contact us for a quote including delivery. Discounts are available for multiple items and longer hires.
Branding options
All branding is produced in-house. Your design team supplies artwork using our template, and we print, fit and remove it after your event. Prefer the standard finish? It looks great straight out of the flight case.

Questions about the Video Pod
Can the Video Pod be branded for my event?
Yes. We offer an in-house branding service for all our products. We send you print templates, you send back your artwork (or your logos and we lay it out), and we print and apply it before delivery.
Do you deliver the Video Pod to my area?
We deliver nationwide across the UK. Delivery is quoted separately and depends on your venue and the length of hire. Send us your postcode for a full quote.
Can we hire the Video Pod for more than one day?
Yes. Exhibitions, roadshows and multi-day events are common, and longer hires cost less per day. In some cases equipment can be hired without our staff. Ask us for a multi-day quote.
What paperwork do you provide?
Electrical equipment is PAT tested and we supply risk assessments on booking. Method statements and insurance documents are available on request.
